Which ten laws?

Although there is universal agreement that the Ten Commandments are ten laws, the actual number of instructions and prohibitions stated in the Commandments is by all counts greater than ten. This has led to some minor disagreements between Christians and Jews, and among various Christian denominations, about exactly which laws are the "Commandments." However, all agree that every law listed on the next page is one of the ten.

The Commandments on the next page are listed in sequence. According to all generally accepted views on the matter, these Comandments all appeared on the Second Tablet. In fact, according to some opinions, the Second Tablet contained only these Commandments.
