The SPECIAL COURT FOR SIERRA LEONE created by the United Nations and the Government of Sierra Leone to try war criminals in the Sierra Leonean conflict has INDICTED President Charles Taylor of Liberia, and issued WARRANT OF ARREST AND ORDER FOR TRANSFER AND DETENTION.
