An Introduction to Tom Mullen
Tom Mullen
is a retired Professor of Creative Writing and Preaching at Earlham School of Religion
where he was Dean from 1984-1990. He was
on the staff of Earlham College
and/or Earlham School of Religion from 1966 to 1998.
Tom is a
graduate of Earlham College
and received an advanced degree from Yale
Divinity School
and an honorary Doctor of Letters Degree from Warner
Pacific College. He is the author of thirteen books; his
latest, A Very Good Marriage, was
published in the Fall of 2001 by Friends United
Press. Other books still in print are: Where 2 or 3 are Gathered…Someone
Spills the Milk, Laughing Out Loud
and Other Religious Experiences, and Living
Longer & Other Sobering Possibilities.
Tom was
married to Nancy Kortepeter Millen (deceased in
1998), has four grown children, and is a grandfather to three boys and one
girl.
