gated community situated on a 26 acre site between the Gulf of
Mexico and Lake Powell. This setting gives the impression that it
is completely surrounded by water and its size makes it quiet. It
is also located at the quiet end of the beach, in between
Carrillon Beach (a community of upscale private beach homes) and
Camp Helen State Park (a wildlife preserve). If you are looking
for a family oriented, peaceful place to get away from it all,
this is it.
