  • In 1926, rerouted from 6 miles north of Loudonville to 2 miles south of Wooster along new road and current routing.
  • 6 miles north of Loudonville to 2 miles south of Wooster certified as route 226 in 1926.
  • In 1926, routing from Medina to Parma changed to the current routing.
