  • Certified in 1926.
  • Originally routed along current routes 110 and 578 from Napoleon to 1 mile north of Grand Rapids.
  • Originally routed along current route 25 and an unnumbered road from 2 miles north of Maumee to 2 miles north of Toledo.
  • Entire route was route 31 before 1926.
  • Napoleon to Grand Rapids certified as route 110 in 1943.
  • Grand Rapids to 1 mile north of Grand Rapids certified as route 578 in 1943.
  • In 1943, routing from Napoleon to 1 mile north of Grand Rapids changed to follow that of current routes 424 and 24.
  • 2 miles south of current route 475 to Toledo upgraded to four lanes by 1946.
