  • Originally routed from 7 miles east of downtown Cincinnati to 2 miles west of Harshasville along current route 50 from 7 miles east of downtown Cincinnati to 9 miles east of downtown Cincinnati, route 32 from 9 miles east of downtown Cincinnati to 6 miles east of Newtown, and unnumbered roads paralleling route 32 from 6 miles east of Newtown to 2 miles west of Harshasville.
  • 7 miles east of downtown Cincinnati to 11 miles east of downtown Cincinnati dually certified with route 125 (route 25 before 1926).
  • In 1926, rerouted from Winchester to route 73, 5 miles east of Peebles.
