current route 307 from 1 mile south of Madison to Dorset and an unnumbered
road from Dorset to West Andover.
Madison to Ashtabula was unnumbered before 1933.
Madison to Ashtabula was route 307 from 1933-35.
Ashtabula to 2 miles east of Kingsville was route 83 from 1926-38.
Extended to Willoughby Hills along a previous unnumbered road in 1926.
Dorset to West Andover decertified by 1931.
Truncated at Dorset by 1931.
In 1935, rerouted east of Madison to Ashtabula along previous route 307.
