Here I go again guessing at the yellow flowers. This one looks so much like the picture in the book, it just has to be right. (I hope) Bloom period is July to November. It is also known as: wild-goldenglow and bur-marigold.  The fruit of this plant has barbs that will attach to you. Plant is found in wet areas.
