GOLDEN DALEA

Dalea aurea
 Legume Family  - Fabaceae/Leguminosae

This plant can withstand very dry conditions. Most of these Texas Wildflowers I have seen are in rocky dry land. As you can see the flowers are sparse but beautiful. The plant has a very nice aroma that comes from the leaves. Blooms from April - June.
