Snow-On-The-Prairie
![]() |
Euphorbia bicolor
Spurge Family
- Euphorbiaceae
From a distance this plant is hard to tell from the Snow-On-The-Mountain. Up close you can see the slender leaves on the Prairie variety. From a distance these plants when in bloom do look like spots of melting snow. (In Texas?) Bloom period July - November. There
were a bunch of these growing in Lake Worth just off Jacksboro Highway near Braum's
(human progress has eliminated them)
