Yes, it's true.  During what is commonly known as hay fever season, I instantly become an allergy sufferer.  I get your typical runny nose and watery eyes which, by the way, are pretty much your two key allergy symptoms. Runny nose and watery eyes. NOT watery nose and runny eyes!  (I don't know WHAT that is?  Just stay away from me with it.)  Now, if we were to add even one more head-related symptom into the mix, then we've got a totally different problem on our hands. There's a fine line between allergies and an aneurysm... So, let's review, shall we?  Runny nose and watery eyes are simply allergies.  Runny nose, watery eyes and, let's say, internal bleeding are most definitely not allergies but, I'm guessing, something much, much worse.  Seek help immediately... (By the way, while we're on the subject, why is it called "hay fever" anyway?  Sounds like I've got some kind of an amish disorder. "Jebediah's gone mad!  He's got 'The Hay Fever' inside of him.  He shouldn't be driving a buggy in his condition.  What he needs is a good bloodletting.")
