THESE ORGANIZATIONS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR LOCAL SHELTERS, THEY DO NOT SHELTER DOGS AND CATS ANYWHERE, AND ONE OF THEM IS KNOWN TO EUTHANIZE OVER 95% OF THE ANIMALS THEY DO MANAGE TO GET (such as Katrina victims).
