We stock only the 1 lb and 5 lb containers of ICF and the pints of NC. 10# ICF containers can be special-ordered, but are only ordered when we make a full order from the factory. Remove approximate amount that will be used in a week or two and keep in a cool, dry place (NOT the refrigerator). Store remainder in freezer (preferred), or on cool, dry shelf. We recommend that you keep your old 1 lb container for replenishing weekly product and freezing the balance. These containers are the most moisture-proof and the best the company has found to hold freshness. Keep lids TIGHTLY sealed. This means PRESS DOWN HARD on the lid til it snaps! |
