Lancaster Chapter of the Villanova Alumni Association

- The prayer of St. Thomas of Villanova was said to open the meeting.
- Minutes from the November 8 meeting were approved as presented.
- Treasurer's Report: $471.46
Expenses were $50 each to St. Leo and the Campus Ministry and $475 for the bus to the Villanova vs. UConn basketball game on February 10th. - Announcements from the Villanova News were presented.
- 24 people attended the Christmas party on December 3rd.
- The TV basketball game on January 13 has 15 committed to date. Jack will call some others.
- The bus trip to the Villanova UConn game at the First Union Center, noon on Saturday, February 10 has 14 signups. We have 47 tickets for the game. The charge is $35 per person. This includes bus, game ticket and box lunch.
- The spring speaker Series with Father William McGuire on April 5 at Bent Creek is on schedule.
- Eight of ten tickets for the Villanova theater on Saturday, April 21 are taken.
- A spring Family outing at Hershey Park is under consideration for May or early June.
- Jack will send Frank all e-mail addresses for storage.
- Jack will send Frank the names of previous members who have not joined.
- Suggestions received were: 1. have a Saturday breakfast meeting, 2. hold a formal reception, e.g. a dinner dance.
- The next meeting is at 7:0 PM on Wednesday, February 21, 2001 at St. Leo's Church.
