IMPORTANT! Savvy and two full brothers from a repeat breeding were diagnosed in late 2005 as hypothyroid. Each has exhibited shyness and inappropriate aggression as a result of this defect. All three have been neutered and are on daily medication. It is not known how these three inherited hypothyroidism, as their sire, Ch. Borderfame Choc Chill, has been OFA certified as Thyroid Normal and their dam, Ch. RiverRun's Hollywood Star has also tested as thyroid normal. Other than the hypothyroidism, Savvy has a very nice genetic background:
