Since 1988, my friend Deb Hayes and I have been working with the Turkish Van cats. Although we had not seen one at that time, we were intrigued with all we had read and decided that we would work together to do our part to preserve and promote these lovely cats. We have learned much about the Turkish Vans since then and our enthusiasm has not waned. They are truly wonderful and intelligent cats with a distinctive beauty that you have to experience to fully appreciate.

If you don't have a Turkish Van, you don't know what you've been missing!!!
