Installation Instructions For New Screens
(Unleashed Neighborhood and Hot Date Downtown)



First, open your Windows Explorer and find the C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims folder



In it you must find the UIGraphics folder

Open the UIGraphics folder



In the UIGraphics folder you have to CREATE 3 new folders

Community

Downtown

Nbhd

They have to be spelled exactly as written, caps, etc., so be careful.

Now, place all the files beginning with NScreen_ in the new "Community" folder.

Place the "CreditBtn.bmp" in the "Nbhd" folder (This is the little lighthouse that will appear on the Island at the entrance of the river)

If you also have the new Downtown screen, the "DScreen.bmp" goes in the new "Downtown" folder.

In the photo you will notice another folder called Extra Screens, I have more than one neighborhood screen, so I temporarily rename them and place in this folder so I can switch when I want a change.
