Three distinct options have been created for Montreal RailFest 2006:

• Itinerary A: This is the original itinerary as presented earlier. It will include a departure from New York City on Tuesday, July 18th on the ADIRONDACK, and a side trip on VIA Rail Canada to Toronto and Ottawa before coming back to Montreal to do activities in that city.
• Itinerary B: This option the same as Itinerary A, except that it caters to those who are unable to get to New York Penn Station for the 8:15 AM departure of the ADIRONDACK. Departure from New York City will be on Monday, July 17th on an Empire Corridor train to Albany, staying there overnight. Those following this option will join the group on Itinerary A when they board the ADIRONDACK on Tuesday morning in Albany at 10:55 AM.
• Itinerary C: This option is a trip to Montreal only, without the side trip to other Canadian cities. Those wishing to save money (with two less nights in hotels and no VIA Rail Canada rail fare) can follow this option. You would leave New York City on Thursday, July 20th on the ADIRONDACK. Upon arrival in Montreal you would meet the groups from Itineraries A and B, who would be arriving back from Ottawa the same evening.
