How to Indent Text on Your Web Page
There are several ways to space the text over from the left side of the background. Listed below are just a few examples and any one of these methods will work.
- Use

before your text and

after your text. This command will indent text on both sides of your web page.
- Use

before your text and

after your text. This makes a web browser think that you are beginning a list, such as this one, and will indent text on the left side of your web page.
- Use a "table" and center the table on the web page.
