Want To Attract The Greatest Variety Of Birds To Your Backyard?

Our Wild Birds Unlimited® Custom Seed Blend System™ will help.

Use our Wild Birds Unlimited Custom Seed Blend System to help you determine the best way to attract the types of birds you want by selecting the right seed blend and the right birdfeeder placed where the birds prefer to feed. All our seed is fresh and our seed blends are regionally-formulated to attract the greatest variety of birds to any one feeding station. While many seed blends sold at discount or hardware stores contain up to 80% grain fillers that make it appear you are getting more, the birds do not eat the grain fillers and simply kick it to the ground. Our seed blends are formulated for no waste...the birds eat every seed. Our Certified Birdfeeding Specialists can show you how to enjoy one or more of the following ways to attract and feed wild birds in your backyard. Feeding on the Ground

Feeding at the Feeder

Feeding on the Ground and at the Feeder

Most ground-feeding birds prefer millet and other seeds such as sunflower. We recommend these seed blends for feeding birds and other wildlife on the ground or on a platform tray: Most Birds that feed at an elevated feeder prefer a variety of larger seeds and including oil and striped sunflower, safflower and sunflower chips. We recommend this seed blend for feeding at an elevated birdfeeder: Our Wild Birds Unlimited Brand Wooden Birdfeeders have features designed to feed birds both at the feeder and on the ground. Most birds will eat the larger seeds at the feeder and knock out the millet and other seeds for ground-feeding birds. For feeding at both the feeder and on the ground, we recommend:
