The Green Book

The Green Book is the official directory of the City of New York. It has been in continuous publication since 1918, and takes its name from its green cover. It is an invaluable reference tool for the legal do-it-yourselfer. In it, you will find official, up-to-date, comprehensive information about every City, State, and Federal court, administrative agency, and governmental department. To locate the address of the courthouse, find out the judge's full name, or get the court clerk's phone number, use the Green Book.
