  The psychologists who designed and validated the integrity test have taken integrity testing to a new level. Unlike most other "honesty tests", this was not validated using the controversial polygraph. Instead, the questions in the integrity test were validated using groups of trusted retail store employees and groups of ex-convicts who had been jailed for employee theft, drug use and similar offenses. By using our integrity test you will know whether job applicants think like trusted employees or convicted felons.
