MARTA HOWELL DESIGNS

Marta Howell is a jewelry designer living in Kailua on the windward side of Oahu. I fell in love with her stunning jewelry and brought some home for you to purchase here on my website. All the pieces I've selected are pendants made from the New Zealand Paua shell. This is a type of abalone only found in New Zealand and is harvested by free-diving. The colors you see are the shell's natural colors and the only thing done to them are to polish them and mount them in a sterling silver setting. The pieces are all stamped with 925 Marta Howell. The 925 indicates the silver setting is sterling silver. Each of the pieces has a large bail so you can easily slip them on any neckwire or chain you already own. The pieces are lightweight and lay flat against your neck. Some of the pieces also have either a bezel set topaz or amethyst. Each piece comes packaged in a tiny colored drawstring bag with the Marta Howell signature tag sewn into the side of the bag.
