Having consulted in a wide range of company
environments, Mr. Sadler has gained a reputation for his knowledge and expertise in the engineering and construction,
energy, oil and gas, chemicals, manufacturing, high-tech, and medical industries. His unique set of analytical
skills and organizational/cultural adeptness enable him to quickly identify performance issues and recommend solutions
that achieve the desired results.
Recognized for his expertise in reducing corporate “waste,” Mr. Sadler was invited in 1996 to become the Lead Professor
for “Cost of Poor Quality” Courses at the Graduate School of Total Quality in Boston, MA. Over four hundred graduate
students have learned to employ Mr. Sadler’s system of eliminating waste and increasing productivity. In 1991,
because of his demonstrated knowledge of the Total Quality Process, Mr. Sadler was chosen by Governor Richard's
Staff to be one of the twenty founding members of the Board of Overseers for the Texas State Quality Award.
Mr. Sadler draws on his experience as an industrial engineer at Procter & Gamble Co., software development
manager at IBM, an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate School of Training & Development at the University of
Houston, a Member of the Texas Quality Award Board of Overseers and over fifteen years of corporate consulting
experience. He has a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, and an MS in
Training & Development from University of Houston 1991.
