This site has some has helpful reviews on a very large number of themes. The reviews help you determine if a theme is something you would want to download and they also tell you how to resolve any problems or issues the theme may have. The Doctor hasn't updated in several months, so I'm not sure if we can expect to see any new reviews from him in the future.
This is the site where the themes that the Theme Doctor has reviewed are stored. There is also an even greater number of themes here that he has not reviewed. The image previews show you most of what is in the theme and there are also zip file previews to show what types of files are in the package (sounds, animated cursors, etc.). Extremely slow updating.
This site has a large theme library with the ability to see a theme's total downloads and rankings. For a more basic site with the same files, go to the sister site www.ezthemes.com. Both have daily updates.
This is a great site. There are thousands of files and visitors can rate the themes and give comments and criticism to let the authors know what they think of their themes. Usually updates daily.
