This is a piece about the power of God and the way in which I work. I am writing this for your edification just in case you think that the rod of iron spoken about in the Bible is not a rod of irony as I've indicated previously.
To start with let me solve history's most puzzling question. It has daunted philosophers, historians, and comics forever. No doubt you have even given the question a bit of thought your self. The question is this:
Which came first? The chicken or the egg?
Sound familiar? I bet it does. The question was posed to me one day while I was in prison for the breakin into Reagan's house. It was posed by another inmate who wanted to make a joke by asking the question and then showing me an egg which he held up in his hand. Although it was not really a big deal, in this prison he had no business with an egg and could have gone to solitary for having it, for a couple days at least.
The point of the joke was to show me how slick he was by getting it out of the kitchen or wherever he got it from. I wanted to show him that I was pretty silck myself so I decided to solve history's most unsolvable riddle. Really it wasn't much of a decision, rather it just came out. Probably because I'm a bit twisted. Here then is the answer to History's most difficult question.

The Rooster!!!
Such is the nature of a God Joke.
But, all of them are not of such a light nature. Some are very heavy and quite deadly.
My favorite group Depeche Mode took quite a lot of flack in the 1980's for releasing a song entitled Blasphemous Rumors in which some of the lyrics are: "I don't want to start any blasphemous rumors but I think that God's got a sick sense of humour and when I die I expect to find him laughing." The song sings about a little girl who wanted to commit suicide at sixteen but was saved by a faith in Jesus Christ only to die in a car accident at age eighteen.
Just for the record God does have a what most people would call a sick sense of humour, not out of maliciousness but, in order to clearly establish who is the boss and the fact that, he can, will, and does, his will in his own time, as he sees fit.
CASE IN POINT
July 1999,
John F Kennedy Jr. his wife and Sister-in-law died in a plane crash. A national tragedy? Depends on how you look at it. Naturally, no one necessarily wants to die young. Why not enjoy life? Everyone wishes they could and should, however, were no one to die young there would be no appreciation for a life long lived. Those of you who have read Conversations with God can grasp this idea. "In the absence of what
