     Currently, the citizens of Washington do not have the same voting power  in the United States government as do all other members of that society.  They're being taxed without representation. The United States Government, is unresponsive, to their right to pursue; happiness, life and Liberty.  It is, therefore, the right of the people, to alter or abolish that government, and to institute new government,  basing its foundation, on such principles, and organizing its powers, in such form, as to them, shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.  Part of my campaign to reign, is, to convince them that a Constitutional Monarchy, under God's guidance, will best effect that safety and happiness.
      A prince whose character is marked by valor and wisdom would certainly be fit to be the ruler of a free  People.  My ingenuity is best demonstrated, by the fact that I have  invented my own light form, which I call the Dynamic Reflection. This light I will be demonstrating to the world during my campaign to claim my kingdom.  "Let your light so shine before men,  that they may see your good works, and glorify your  Father which is in heaven.  (Matthew 5: 16).   Among my many good works are two books that fully detail the fulfillment of the prophecy of Revelation, as could only be told from the eyes of the major participant, the one about whom over one-third of the Bible concerns itself: the Second Coming of Christ.
     My valor was best demonstrated when, on July 4th of 1990.  I risked life and limb, and broke into the home of former United States president, Ronald Wilson Reagan.  This, I did, to bring attention to the fact, that, he is, the infamous beast of revelation chapter thirteen, also known as the antichrist, whose image we have all seen and wondered about.  That break in satisfies fully all conditions for Christ's physical return, as: 1) No one knew when it would take place. 2) It came with clouds, as the address of Reagan's home was 666 St. Cloud Road.  "Just like a thief in the night," I, Gregory Stuart Gordon, was able to get into one of the best protected homes on the planet, less than two months after threatening the life of its owner, and being hospitalized by the secret service, in an openly stated assassination attempt.  Not only did I live to tell about it, I am currently a free man and bragging  'bout it.
     I can only attribute my current freedom to the wisdom contained in Revelation  Chapter 13 verse 10, it states:  "He that leads into captivity shall go into captivity.  He that kills with the sword, must be killed with the sword, here is the patience and faith of the saints."  The address of Reagan's house sums up the whole prophecy in a nutshell.  666 Saint Cloud Road.   The home of the man bearing the mark of the Beast 666, was broken into, by the Saint, who came with clouds.  The  only reason for my current freedom, is the fact, that, at the time of  the break-in, I did not have any weapons on me. It also speaks to the whole point of this document, that, there is no longer a need, for any individual, or group of people, to take armed action against another individual, or group of human beings.
     Most Americans familiar with the 1960's have heard, or heard of, the Negro spiritual "We shall overcome."  It is no secret that the vast majority of the United City-State of God is black.  I have direct word from a very powerful source, that, I shall overcome.  The word came to me in the form of a voice that I heard in the back of my neck one night.  It simply repeated over and over again, "You shall overcome, You shall overcome, You shall overcome."  Together, "We shall overcome."  On July third, of the year 2000, a vote to establish a Constitutional Monarchy from Washington DC, will send out the message to the world that a black man is capable of using his brain, for the highest good for all concerned, provided, he has been given access to the best education, exposure to the highest culture and been provided with the finest amenities life has to offer.
     The above opportunities which I was afforded came to me through the hard work of my parents and those who came before them,  thereby allowing me access to these precious gifts.  Most of my people are not so fortunate.  Someday the content of a man's character will truly be more important than the color of his skin.  Until such time I won't hesitate to play the race cards that have been handed me in the struggle to claim my kingdom.  As you the citizens of the world get to know me, so too get to know how to access the God in yourselves.  It is therein that the true salvation of the world lies.  I have provided direct access to the word through, Neale Donald Walsh, in Conversations with God.
     In closing, let me demand our freedom from the representatives of the 50 states, and say, "Mr. President, give my people liberty." Leaders of other nations can aid us in our plight, by simply recognizing my divine right to rule the city of my birth.  Such recognition need not wait until July fourth of 2000.  "Be just and fear not."  To the people of the city of my birth I grant you the power to achieve anything you want.  "We have nothing to fear but fear itself."  The power is best transmitted by the words found in Das Energi by Paul Williams.  Page seven of that book contains three little words.  "You are God."  So am I.  "Vote for me and I'll set you free."  Then you can say: "Free at last. Free at last.  Thank God almighty, I'm free at last."
