   10)  And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, That they might be saved.
   11)  And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
   12)  That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.   
     This is the consumption.  He has been consumed with Alzheimer's disease, a fact for which I will take credit.  "To every thing there is a season." After my unsuccessful assassination attempt on Ronald Reagan's life I decided that any further attempts would be unnecessary once he developed this fatal disease.  It was not until I was locked up for the attempt on his life that I realized what the title of Malcolm X's book: By Any Means Necessary, meant.  Non-violence is the Necessary Means, just as  Dr. King proposed and practiced.
     While locked up for the assassination attempt on Reagan, I came up with the plan to take over Washington as the City of God.  Here's how, by having the people of Washington vote me in as their King in a Constitutional Monarchy.  This proposal is much the same as was proposed to George Washington after the American Revolutionary War.  The good people of Washington have already shown that they are not fooled by power of Satan in that they rejected Reagan as their President not once but twice. The establishment of this Kingdom is the only true measure of whether my claim to being the Second Coming of Christ holds any validity.  Its establishment is prescribed in Revelation.  (Revelation 21:2-3)
    2)  And I John saw the holy city new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
    3)  And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them and be their God.
     I am God.  So are you.  I am the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.  One of my many titles is that of the Beginning of the Creation of God.  I know of no other way to create God other than for us to realize that we already are God. 
     The only reason that I am currently free and able to bring down the Kingdom is because when I broke into Reagan's house during my stated assassination attempt I was unarmed.  Let this be a lesson.  There is no longer a need for anyone to take armed action against another one.   That is how the Proclamation of Interdependence begins.
