Although Greg has been certified as insane by some American psychiatrists, in reality he is as stealthy as a black panther. This fact was best evidenced at Greg's trial for his assassination attempt on Reagan when the government placed on their list of potential witnesses the same two doctors who had promised Greg that they would testify in a court of law that Greg was sane at the time of the crime. That was, if, he proceeded with his self admitted assassination plan, which he did. Reagan was merely Greg's stepping stone to creating the Kingdom of God here on Earth.

The next phase of prophecy fulfillment is to have the people of Washington DC ratify Greg's Proclamation of Interdependece which creates an independent nation of that city. To foreigners the Capital of the United States has always represented "a shining city on a hill." Yet for the black majority inhabitants of that city, which is administered by the House of Representatives from Capitol Hill, there is nothing but misery. It is a disgrace which must be corrected. "But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city." (Hebrews 11:16)

"For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel (new Jerusalem) after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: And they shall not teach every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest."
