We were very dry in Southwest Missouri in August 2006. Therefore we have sold quite a few sheep. We did not keep any ewe lambs and have sold several ewes and yearlings. Thanks to the Ferm family from Kansas for buying some good ones. We are sold down pretty far now. In fall, 2007, we will be turning the ram in late so our 08 lambs will not be born until spring - mid-April. This is because of sheep industry travel. We have also purchased some more acreage around us so we will be building our numbers back up. There won't be much for sale until summer 08. Our flock is the first Corriedale flock to be certified Scrapie free. We had our entire flock blood tested for OPP in April, 2002 and we are pleased to announce that our flock is 100% OPP negative.   Click here to take a look at the good sheep we sold in 2001 or sold in 2002.
