Hello, and thank you for visiting my trading post. I created this page as a means of interacting with other collectors and trading duplicates. I'm a member of the Vintage Card Traders and Dugout Traders groups, a great network of fellow collectors. I'm particularly interested in set building, but do have some specialty collections (baseball, football, and basketball Hall of Fames, and Type Cards). Below is a list of what I'm looking for followed by what I have to trade.
As always, I'm working on the several sets right now. I've listed my top priority sets first, followed by secondary priorities, and other sets. I've included card numbers on these sets. I generally do a pretty good job of keeping this page up to date, but these lists may change quickly.

My want list Unless otherwise noted, I'm generally looking for cards in VG-Ex to Ex-Mt range. In other words, my cards and sets generally fall into the mid-range category. I'm not too particular on centering or sharp corners. I prefer my cards to be crease or wrinkle free. That's not necessarily a requirement (especially when trading), but please indicate if creases/wrinkles are prevalent.
I've organized my wantlists by priority. In order to help you quickly identify which sets I'm working on, I'm listing the sets here at the top.
The first section are my top priorities. Those are: 1939 Play Ball, 1950 Bowman, 1952 Topps, 1955 Topps, 1956 Topps, 1957 Topps Inserts, 1962 Topps, 1963 Stancraft (football), 1963 Topps, 1964 Topps, 1964 Topps Giants, 1966 Topps, 1967 Topps, and 1981 Topps Football.
I also have several sets that are complete but I'm looking for upgrades: 1953 Bowman, 1960 Topps, 1961 Topps, 1961 Golden Press, 1968 Topps
Next are my second tier priorities. 1930s German movie stars: About as oddball a lot as one can have; I picked up some German tobacco cards featuring actors and actresses. There are two series involved: 1932 Monopol Film Photos (black and white) and the other are Josetti brand (color/colorized). |
1950 Bowman: December 2009: I have about a half dozen available, general condition is VG to VG-EX.
1952 Topps: December 2009: I have four available now including a pair of low grade semi-high #299.
1955 Bowman, 1960 Topps, 1960 Fleer, 1962 Post: Fluctuating inventory on these sets - I have four or fewer of each as of December 2009.
1955 Topps: I have about 30 or so as of December 2009, including a few high numbers. Average condition is VG to VG-EX
1956 Topps: I have about 8 as of December 2009 in VG to VG-EX condition generally
1958 Topps: I have about 6 as of December 2009 in VG condition generally
1961 Topps: December 2009 update: I have ten or so in various conditions
1962 Topps: December 2009 update: I have about 15 including the White Sox, Tigers, and Giants team cards and a VG-calliber Ken Hubbs (#485). Midgrade condition generally.
1963 Topps: December 2009: I have a dozen or so including a real nice World Series card (#145), a VG/VG-Ex Walter Alston (#154), and a creased high number #541.
1963 Fleer: I have four cards: #11 is crease-free but miscut (no top border), a low-grade #12 (light crease, light writing on back), #17 that has a big area that is best described as runny ink, and #19 that is similar to #11 (a very small top border).
1964 Topps: As of December 2009 I have approx. 30 now including a crease free but miscut NL strikeout leaders Koufax/Drysdale (#5), a VG- AL strikeout leader (#6), and a crease free but miscut Billy Williams (#175).
1966 Topps: As of December 2009, I have about 15, generally VG-Ex or lower. No big names.
1967 Topps: Approximately 60-70 as of December 2009, VG-Ex or lower generally. This is highlighted by by the following Hall of Famers: VG-calliber Orlando Cepeda (#20), Frank Robinson (#100), a Mantle checklist (#103) which is checked and has ink marks on back, and a couple from the #500 series.
1968 Topps: Approximately a dozen as of December 2009 generally in midgrade condition. Included is a VG-calliber Willie Stargell (#86).
1968 Topps Game: December 2009: about 10, although many of those are lower grade. Included are Yastrzemski (#3), Kaline (#27), and Cepeda (#32).
1969 Topps: December 2009: Approximately 15-20, some in real good shape, most lower grade.
1969 Topps Deckle: December 2009: About six including Gibson (#29), which has a thumb tack mark. The cards are generally Good to VG-Ex.
1970 Topps: December 2009: Down to about 15 now midgrade condition, some better, some worse.
1971 Topps: December 2009: I now have about 25 in midgrade condition, with some being lower due to the sensitive nature of this series
1972 Topps: As of December 2009 I have about 25, mostly in midgrade with some lower.
1973 Topps: I have about 50, mostly lower grade.
1974 Topps: I have about a half dozen cards.
1976 SSPC: December 2009: I have about 75-80 dupes, good for a nice starter set.
1976 Topps: December 2009: Approximately 30 in midgrade or better condition, some worse though. I have another 20 or so from the Traded set
1977 Topps: December 2009: Approximately 25 in midgrade condition, give or take.
1978 Topps: December 2009: Approximately 100 in midgrade or better condition, some worse.
1979 Topps: December 2009: Approximately 100-150 in midgrade or better condition, some worse.
