Guiness Icecream

In an inspired move, someone who writes for Gourmet Magazine came up with the Brilliant idea of making an icecream flavored with that already creamy and deligtful elixir of life, Guiness Stout.

While it is already fall, and probably not the ideal weather for icecream, there are still some brilliantly clear, warm days with just a hint of cripness. Perfect for something smooth and creamy, and the Guiness flavor makes it excusable for a tailgate party, or the last barbecue before the rains come.

For those of you who are more daring (or more midwestern), you could substitute the Guiness for Bud Light, but I really wouldn't suggest it.
