Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients:

  • 2 33 ounce cans of crushed tomatoes (or extra chunky tomato sauce with Tomato, Onion, and Garlic)
  • 2 Green Bell Peppers Directions: 1) Cut up the peppers and the onions.
    2) Fry the cutlets in oil, for about 20 minutes, then cut the cutlets into semi-bite sized pieces.
    3) Then, sautee peppers and onions and in bottom of big, wide pot.
    4) Add everything else, simmer 30 minutes.
    5) Serve over white rice.
    Serves five hungry people (in other words, makes 10 servings)
