Lactose-Free Swedish Brownies
You will need:
- 5 eggs
- 1 lb. light brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups sifted flour
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ¼ lb. of soy margarine (such as unsalted Fleichman's lactose-free margarine)
Beat eggs well. Spread unmelted margarine in bottom of 9 X 13 inch baking pan. Mix rest of ingredients and drop the thick batter over the butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool and spread with your favorite vanilla frosting.
