Ingredients
1) Cut the onions into ½ inch-thick slices. Separate the slices into
rings, and set aside.
2 Combine all of the egg coating ingredients in a shallow bowl , and stir
with a wire wisk until smooth. Set aside.
3) Place all of the corn flake coating ingredients in a food processor or
blender, and process into fine crumbs. Transfer the corn flake mixture to a
shallow dish.
4) Coat a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Dip the onion
rings first into the egg mixture, turning to coat well, and then in the
corn flake mixture. Arrange the rings in a single layer on the prepared
sheet, and spray them lightly with the cooking spray.
5) Bake at 400° F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the onion rings are
crisp and nicely browned. Serve hot.

This is a really good recipe, but I just learned from your website today that some Crohn's sufferers can't have milk. But I hope you like it. I got it out of a great cookbook called "Brand Name Fat-Fighters Cookbook" which is great for me, because I can't have a lot of fat. Thanks a lot. :-)
