Lactose-Free Hot Pockets

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

1) Grease a baking pan and unroll pizza crust dough.  Apply butter to the uncooked dough.

2) Flip the dough over so that the buttered side faces the pan.  Add salt to the dough.  Now tear the dough into four squares.

3) Tear cheese slices into smaller pieces and lay on dough.  Then lay your chosen meat onto the dough.  Lay more cheese slices on top of meat.

4) Fold dough over the meat/cheeses.  Pinch the edges of the dough so that cheese does not melt out of the dough and onto the pan (although this will probably happen anyway, this will minimize the chance of that happening).

5) Bake the four hot pockets in the oven at 400º F until golden brown (about 6 minutes).

6) Remove from oven and allow to cool before eating.
