Ingredients
1) Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Repeat 3 or 4 times.
2) Make a well in the center and add the oil and the eggs.
3) Gradually draw dry ingredients from the edges of the bowl into the
liquid to form a stiff dough. Use hands to knead the dough into a soft
ball.
4) Dust board and rolling pin with rice flour. Roll out the dough
as thin as possible and cut into noodles.
5) Store for later use. When ready to cook, boil in water for 12
minutes.
