Melanie's Fruit Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of sliced fruit (your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of honey or corn syrup
Directions:
1) Pour ingredients into a blender and mix them for 10 seconds.
2) Cover a cookie sheet with plastic wrap and pour the mixture on it.
3) Spread it evenly with a wooden spoon and bake in an oven for 3 hours at 350º F.
4) Let cool for one hour. Cut into strips and roll them up.
