Use your favorite pizza dough or a loaf of French Bread.
Melt 1 tablespoon of soy margarine, add about 1/8 cup of flour and stir continually.
Just before it starts to brown, add 1½ cups soy milk. Stir continuously until thickened (You might need more milk if it is too thick).
Cook on low to medium heat for about 5 minutes adding lactose-free cheddar cheese to taste. When soy cheese is melted, spoon on top of your crust. Add cooked chicken pieces or any other toppings you like. Follow with grated soy mozzarella cheese.
Cook in a 400º oven until done.
