PLEASE NOTE : Please specify if your cover requires hoods, cut-out, or split corners (on the skirt)! There is no additional charge for split corners, however -hoods, cutouts-are an additional charge

Also be aware that we are NOT responsible for damage to the cover(s) during shipment . We do insure your cover to arrive in good condition - but should your cover be damaged during shipment and you or your agent (anyone but you) sign the ticket and accept the cover without noting the damage on the ticket - then we will not be responsible for the damage nor can we replace the cover without an additional payment of cover cost and freight fee. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR COVER BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT . If there is ANY damage - please REFUSE the cover and email or call us immediately so that we may:

1) File a claim with the Freight Co.

2.)Immediately begin a replacement cover to "replace" the damaged cover !

IF the Freight Co. is unable to reach you by phone to set up an appointment , or if you do not return their calls,etc.. at the Freight Co.'s discretion , they will hold your cover at the nearest dock for 1 to 2 weeks - billing YOU $20.00 to $ 40.00 per day . After 1 to 2 weeks, again at their discretion they may sell the cover for the incurred additioanl charges . (Which means they sell your cover , and keep your money and ours as well. Estate Pool & Spa is NOT liable for replacement or refund should this occur. We make every effort to make contact between the Freight Co. and our Customers as easy as possible )

COVER SPECIFICATIONS WERE PROVIDED BY SPA OWNER/BUYER . SPA OWNER/BUYER ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR COVER SPECIFICATIONS ABOVE.BY FAXING,CALLING, OR EMAILING THIS ORDER FORM BUYER AGREES AND ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MEASUREMENTS, AND AGREES TO THE TERMS AS OUTLINED IN THIS FORM .
