In all honesty I don't know jack about why Cartoon Network created this
or what it was for. The impression I got was that it was an April
Fool's joke, wherein Adult Swim would promise a new epsiode of Space
Ghost: Coast to Coast, and after a week of buildup, the aired a parody
of an anime instead. After that, Space Ghost hosted a fifteen
minute round-table discussion of the program with AS luminaries
Meatwad, one of the Squidbillies, and Sharko, the half-human/half-shark
son of Erik Estrada.
All that really matters is the hauntingly beautiful theme song they
played at the end. You can download it here,
but I thought the lyrics should be made available, and really, if the
little yellow room ever had a mission in the universe, I'm sure it
would have been to archive the lyrics to obscure anime parody theme
songs. Thus:
