27, May 2000-Ta-Da! No dears, hell hasn't frozen over. I've managed to finally set some time aside to update the page. I've added some new pictures, including some screen shots from Colin's MTV special "Back to Brooklyn". Also, I'll be adding some old/recent articles soon. In the meantime check out Colin's Comedy Cellar Schedule aaaand...contrary to popular belief-Colin CAN cook! Two of his recipes were featured in TV Guide's On-Line Dish. Check them out here.

12, August 1999-Colin Spending August on Comedy Cellar Stage
After a short stay in California to announce promote NBC and SNL's fall season (and
participation in an online chat!) Colin has returned to NYC and the stage. He will be performing stand up at the well known Comedy Cellarin New York City for most of the month of August. His schedule can be foundhere.

19, April 1999-Quinn Keeping Busy With Screenplays
Colin is now working on his third screenplay with Bobby Spillane, entitled "Grey Horse Running." The gangster film, which is set in New York, will be directed by Nick Stagliano. Bobby Spillane is the son of famed Irish Gangster Mike Spillane, who was murdered in 1977. (source-SNL.com)

<17, March 1999-Happy St. Pat's Day!
Colin marched in NYC's Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade with fellow SNLer Molly Shannon alongside Mayor Guiliani. When asked by an NBC reporter how it felt to be on the other side of the barracade, Colin remarked he remembered being on the other side, partying and getting his head beat in by police ;o) He also commented to a Daily News reporter, "I never got invited to the parade [before]-it took an Italian to invite me to my own parade."

Quinn Signs Book Deal
HOLLYWOOD (Variety)- "Saturday Night live" co-star Colin Quinn, currently featured in "A Night at the Roxbury," will write a comic memoir. The book, which tags into the bestselling trend for Irish memoirs such as Frank McCourt's 'Angela's Ashes" and Malachy McCourt's 'A Monk Swimming," will not be based on his recent one-man play, "Colin Quinn: An Irish Wake."

02, October 1998-I haven't been able to update the page as of late due to my new role as surrogate "Kitty Mama." Thus, I am sleep deprived but hopefully I'll have the update done this weekend. The update will include the Daily Show transcript as well as the first two weekend updates of the season. Soon I will also try my hand at "screen captures" and hope to get some "Remote Control" and "Going Back To Brooklyn" pics up.

on broadway with two performances of "An Irish Wake"
He will return to the "Weekend Update" anchor desk on SNL next week- 26 September. Cameron Diaz will be hosting with musical guests, 'The Smashing Pumpkins.'
