Copy the poster on 8.5x14 (legal size) paper, and mount it on a backing board. A clear plastic protection can be easily & inexpensively bought to protect it.
In the interest of time, I have done some of these documents in Word97, but am working on converting them so that all browsers can read them. If you do not have this program, you may have to download a word converter plug-in, in order to input the info for your state, & print these pages. You can get this converter, which will come in handy anyway, at:
A list of the legislators for each state is posted, so that you can type in the correct contact name & address on the petitions before downloading & printing them. The petitions should be put on a clipboard & hung or rested below the poster, where people can add their information & signatures.
We also have petitions ready for the existing cases referenced on the poster. If space allows, it would be best to use a second clipboard for these.
Please check the petitions every day or 2, collect & mail them & replenish the supply. The posters will not help, if people don't know what to do about it.
Link to this site & spread the word!
Check this site often for news or changes, & keep a count of how many signatures you collect. Post the counts on the poster section of the bulletin board, so we can all see how great we're doing!
