“REUBEN KERCHEVAL DIED TUESDAY
Has a Brother and Sister Living At Sheridan”

Word has been received by Noblesville relatives of the death of Reuben
Kercheval at his home in Indianapolis, Tuesday evening.  The funeral will
be held at 2:45 o’clock Thursday afternoon at his late residence,
4005 Southeastern Avenue, Indianapolis, and the interment will take place
in Crown Hill cemetery.

The widow and the following children survive:  Edwin, Thomas, Vine and Kenneth
Kercheval, all of Indianapolis, and Mrs. Robert Shepherd, of Los Angeles, Calif.
 The latter will not come for the funeral.

The deceased was a son of Thomas Kercheval, one of the early settlers of Sheridan.
 He was a brother of Frank Kercheval and Mrs. Charles Parr, both of whom are living
at Sheridan at the present time.  The widow before marriage was Miss Laura Jackson,
daughter of Levi Jackson, of Deming, and a sister of the late John Jackson.
 Mr. Kercheval was an uncle of Miss Vona Jackson book-keeper for the Capital Furniture
Manufacturing Company of this city.  He was sixty years of age.
