“Valeta Kester Owen”

Valeta Kester Owen, 76, of 810 W. Yeager Drive, Farmersburg, died
at  6:15 p.m. Thursday, May 21, 1992, in Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
She was a retired machine operator for Holman and Co..  She was born
Sept. 20, 1915, in Sullivan County to Delta Kester and Mertie Lee Kester.
Survivors include her husband, Harley Owen.  She was a member of Second Prairie
Creek Baptist Church and was a 1933 graduate of Pimento High School.
Services are 2 p.m. Sunday in DeBaun Springhill  Chapel, with the Rev. Robert
Shipley officiating.  Burial is in New Harmony Cemetery.
 Visitation is 4 to 9 p.m. today.
