Last Moment

And in that last moment before I go away

I will look back at the faces of my gentle heros

to say a last good-bye to those I leave behind

and then turn and say hello to those who have gone before me

I will never forget your warm embrace as we said farewell

my friend, my brother

And to you who stay behind, do not grieve for me,

for I have done nothing for you,

It is you who have done so much for me

For that I am eternally grateful
