My sister, Teresa, sent me this obituary notice. She just found out about Beverly's death herself. She used to work with her at Delta. I'm sure many of you remember Beverly and Sonny. Family-Placed Death Notice > > Mrs. Beverly Ann Harmon, age 68, of Winston, GA, passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2005. She was born November 20, 1936 in Atlanta, GA. The daughter of the late Lewie and Opal Alberson. She attended J. C. Harris Elementary School and Brown High School in Atlanta, GA. Mrs. Harmon retired after 18 years from the accounting department with Delta Airlines and she was Methodist by faith. She is survived by husband, Olin "Sonny" Harmon, Winston, GA; sons, Tony and Tina Harmon, Midway, GA, Steve and Pennie Harmon, Winston Salem, NC; daughters, Sherri and Rob Johnson, Carrollton, GA, Terri and Wayne Eidson, Villa Rica, GA; brother, Chris Alberson, College Park, GA; sister, Betty Williams, Charlotte, NC; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. There will be a memorial service at the funeral home on Monday, August 01, 2005 at 2:00 PM with Dr. Sam Newman officiating.
