Newton Richard (Buster) Fain, Age 66, of Chamblee, Georgia, passed August 18, 1999. Survivors are wife, Inez Hill Fain, parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Fain, children, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Fain, Vickie Westervelt and Tina Bennion, eight grandchildren, step children, Lill Hill Owens and Ernell Hill, Jr., and one sister, Madelyn Nash. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, August 23, 1999, 7:00 pm in the Chapel of Embry Hills United Methodist Church, with Rev. Mark Westmoreland and Rev. Ellynda Lipsey officiating.
