August Madness

Tulip Rally

Sunday, August 24, 1997

August Madness is a straightforward TSD rally which uses a tulip instruction format, with written route instructions replaced by diagrams of the intersections (tulips) where contestants follow the rally route. The course will traverse approximately 140 miles of unpaved and paved roads in Livingston and Washtenaw Counties. The unpaved roads, which make up about 70% of the course, are driveable in the in the average family car. Novices are welcome. The event will follow 1997 SCCA Road Rally Regulations with the exception of instruction style. The event will contain one break.
